This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Burg Landeck. The trail starts at the castle, where you can admire the historic architecture before heading out on your adventure. Make sure to check out the Marthaquelle spring, located just 1 km from the start, to replenish your water supply before continuing on.

As you hike further along the route, you will come across the Weißer Felsen viewpoint, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape. The Bergfried Burg Landeck viewpoint is also worth a visit, providing a different perspective of the castle and its surroundings.

For a break, you can stop at the Burgschänke Landeck restaurant for a meal or head to the picnic site located 1 km from the start. There are also benches along the way where you can rest and take in the scenery.

One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the Stäämännlhöh viewpoint, located at the end of the trail. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views before making your way back to the starting point.

With a total distance of 3.263 km and an elevation gain of 117 meters, this hike is of moderate difficulty. Make sure to bring plenty of water, especially on hot days, and check the weather forecast before setting out.
