This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area near Reitplatz Goppelner Reitverein in Golberoder Straße. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of approximately 3.3 kilometers and an elevation gain of 33 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

At the beginning of the hike, you will find Talsperre Kauscha, a picturesque water body located just 0.47 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at around 1.18 kilometers from the beginning, there is another water feature to enjoy.
Midway through your hike, you will pass by Kinder- und Jugendbauernhof Nickern, a popular attraction offering limited wheelchair accessibility. This farm is a great place to take a break and interact with animals. Close to the farm, you will also find a parking area for your convenience.
