As you start your journey, you will come across the parking area known as Messnerin, located right at the beginning of the trail. About midway through the hike, you'll be treated to stunning views at Grüner See-Blick, a viewpoint located 2.37 kilometers from the start. Another viewpoint, also named Grüner See-Blick, can be found slightly further at 2.42 kilometers.

Along the trail, you will also encounter Ambrosi Bründl, a spring where you can replenish your water supply just 0.94 kilometers from the start. Information points are scattered throughout the hike, providing insights into the surrounding area. Windscharte, another viewpoint, marks the end of the trail at 2.42 kilometers.
