Located in a beautiful natural area, this extremely difficult 15.429 kilometers long hiking route will challenge even the most seasoned hikers. With an elevation gain of 1366 meters, hikers can expect a strenuous but rewarding journey.

Starting at the parking area, hikers will make their way towards Bergerie de Grotelle, a bar located 0.09 kilometers from the start, where they can refuel before continuing on. Along the way, hikers will pass by the stunning Lac de Melo, located 2.2 kilometers from the start, and Lac de Capitello, located 3.25 kilometers from the start. These picturesque lakes offer a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the serene surroundings.

As the hike progresses, hikers will encounter Brèche de Capitello, a saddle located 3.91 kilometers from the start, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Further along the trail, hikers will reach Bocca alle Porte, a saddle located 4.6 kilometers from the start, and Pointe des Sept Lacs and Punta Alle Porte, two peaks located 4.73 and 4.37 kilometers from the start respectively.
