This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of BV-4243 in Castellar del Riu. The trail is 6.172 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 471.0 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area which is right at the beginning of the trail, making it convenient for you to park your car and start hiking. Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.37 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottles.
About midway through the hike, at 1.85 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Creu del Cabrer monument, adding a historical touch to your adventure. Just a bit further, at 1.87 kilometers from the start, you will reach Coll del Sant Crist, a picturesque saddle offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
As you continue on, 1.19 kilometers from the start, you will find Xalet Refugi Rasos de Peguera, an alpine hut where you can take a break and relax before continuing your journey. Additionally, at 1.85 kilometers from the start, there is a viewpoint where you can pause and admire the breathtaking scenery.
