This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on a challenging adventure to Pizzo d'Ormea. The 17.666-kilometer out-and-back trail boasts an elevation gain of 1654.0 meters, promising breathtaking views and a true test of your hiking abilities.

Starting off, you'll find a parking area at the beginning of the trail, followed by an information point just 0.02 kilometers in. As you make your way, you'll come across a refreshing spring 1.34 kilometers from the start, perfect for a quick break. For those in need of hydration, there is drinking water available at the 0.15-kilometer mark.

As you continue on your journey, you'll encounter the Cima delle Roccate peak at 7.44 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Further ahead at the 6.19-kilometer mark, you'll find the Anticima del Bric Conoia peak, followed by the Bric Conoia peak at 6.51 kilometers. These peaks provide a great opportunity to pause and take in the scenery.

Around the 3.66-kilometer mark, a spring with drinking water is available, ideal for refilling your bottles. Additionally, an information point can be found at the 3.78-kilometer mark, providing insights into the area's history and features.

As you make your way back, consider stopping at the restaurant located at the 0.0-kilometer mark for a well-deserved meal.
