This extremely difficult hiking route takes you on a 22.743-kilometer circular journey through the beautiful area surrounding Rocca dell'Adelasia. With a total elevation gain of 602 meters and a duration of approximately 6 hours and 46 minutes, this trail is best suited for experienced hikers looking for a challenge.

As you start your hike, you will pass by the historical Palazzo Cappa, located 4.01 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along, at the 1.41-kilometer mark, you will encounter the ruins of casotto, offering a glimpse into the area's rich history.

Halfway through your journey, at the 10.81-kilometer mark, you will reach the impressive Rocca dell'Adelasia, a peak that provides stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, you can explore the Tana da Rocca Adelasia cave entrance and take in the sights from the Rocca dell'Adelasia viewpoint.

Along the way, you will also come across the peaks of Bric della Sella and Bric Lavesino, adding to the scenic diversity of the hike. Be sure to refill your water supply at the Sorgente del Mnau spring, located 7.95 kilometers from the start.
