This extremely difficult circular hiking route will take you through the stunning area surrounding Rocca dell'Adelasia. With a total distance of 22.729 kilometers and an elevation gain of 602 meters, this hike is not for the faint of heart.

As you start your journey, you'll come across the historic Palazzo Cappa, located 4.01 kilometers from the trail's beginning. Along the way, you'll also pass by the ruins of casotto, situated 1.41 kilometers into the hike. For a closer look at the natural beauty of the area, be sure to visit Rocca dell'Adelasia, a peak located 10.82 kilometers from the start.

Midway through the hike, you'll encounter the Tana da Rocca Adelasia, a cave entrance located 10.81 kilometers from the trailhead. As you continue on, you'll reach the peak of Bric della Sella, situated 4.62 kilometers into the hike.
