This hiking route is a circular trail starting at Pavilion II on South Williams Lake Road. The total distance of the trail is approximately 2.77 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your hike from Pavilion II, you will come across various points of interest along the way. Around 1.34 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, you will find a water source, followed by another water source at 1.08 kilometers. These spots are perfect for refilling your water bottles, so make sure to bring an adequate supply.
At 1.27 kilometers into the hike, you will find a shelter where you can take a rest and enjoy some snacks. Additionally, there is another shelter at the same distance marker (1.27 km) that is slightly off the trail.
Parking facilities are available at the trailhead as well as at Lot G, which is located right at the starting point of the trail. It's always a good idea to arrive early to secure a parking spot, especially on weekends.
