This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on an out-and-back journey from La Dehesa to A-66 in Lagunilla. The 12.225-kilometer trail offers a challenging experience with an elevation gain of 391 meters.
Starting at La Dehesa, you will pass by various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you make your way, approximately 6.11 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a natural pool named "Piscina Natural" where you can take a refreshing break.
Around the midway point of the trail, at 6.11 kilometers, there is a picnic site called "La Dehesa" for a rest stop. You can also find a water source and a drinking water facility nearby for replenishing your supplies.
Throughout the hike, you will encounter several other amenities such as additional picnic sites, drinking water stations, and even a wayside cross for some historical significance. Make sure to stay hydrated and prepared with enough water and snacks as this hike is quite challenging.
