Starting at the parking area at the trailhead, you'll set off on a well-marked path that meanders through the lush landscape. About halfway through the hike, you'll come across a lovely picnic site where you can take a break and refuel before continuing on.

As you approach the 1.32-kilometer mark, you'll have the chance to take a slight detour to Burgeck, a picturesque peak that offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. This is a great spot to snap some photos and take in the scenery.

Further along the trail, at around 1.99 kilometers, you'll reach Hasenkopf, another peak that provides stunning vistas. Be sure to take a moment to soak in the beauty of your surroundings before beginning your return journey.

Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter several benches where you can rest and enjoy the tranquility of the forest. Additionally, there are drinking water facilities along the trail to keep you hydrated.

With an elevation gain of 264 meters, this hike offers a bit of a challenge but is very manageable for hikers of all levels. Be sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring plenty of water, and check the weather forecast before you head out.
