This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and interesting points of interest along the way. The trail is considered super easy, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.
As you start the hike, you will pass by a parking area, which is conveniently located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along the route, at around 0.25 kilometers from the start, you will come across the Ruine Falkenstein, a historic castle that offers a glimpse into the past.
Continuing on, you will also encounter the Mariengrotte, a wayside shrine that is approximately at the same distance as Ruine Falkenstein. The Falkenstein peak and a viewpoint with a breathtaking view of Neuschwansteinblick are also located in the same area.
Throughout the hike, you will find several benches and facilities, providing opportunities to rest and take in the surroundings. Remember to bring enough water and snacks for the journey, as well as checking the weather forecast before setting out.
At the end of the trail, you can visit PAVO, a restaurant located just 0.23 kilometers from the start, where you can relax and refuel after your hike.
