This challenging hiking route will take you through stunning alpine scenery to the Rifugio Alpetto di Caviano. Starting from the parking area at the beginning of the trail, you'll make your way along the 6.683-kilometer path, ascending a total of 927 meters.

Midway through the hike, you'll come across the Cascine dai tetti di paglia, an interesting tourist information spot where you can learn about the area's history. Further along the trail, you'll find Centocampi, another information point offering insights into the local flora and fauna.

As you continue your ascent, take a break at the Monti di Caviano viewpoint to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Just a bit further, you'll encounter some artwork and benches where you can rest and admire the scenery.

Before reaching the Rifugio Alpetto di Caviano at the end of the trail, you'll have the opportunity to visit a beautiful waterfall located just a short distance off the main path. Make sure to bring plenty of water, as this is a difficult hike with significant elevation gain.
