As you start your journey, you'll come across the "Fontana Vecchia" fountain, located just 0.15 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a perfect spot to refill your water bottles before continuing on. Further along the trail, at 0.09 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the historic "Torre Baronale" fort, adding a touch of cultural interest to your hike.

At the 4.25 kilometer mark, you'll reach the "Rifugio Sant'Elia" alpine hut, which serves as the destination of this route. Here, you can take a well-deserved break, enjoy the breathtaking views, and maybe even spend the night if you're up for an overnight adventure.
