This hiking route will take you on a 4.91-kilometer circular journey around Mont Rachais. The trail has an elevation gain of 508 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.
Starting at the parking area, you'll begin your trek through the picturesque landscape. About 1 kilometer into the hike, you'll come across the ruins, which offer a glimpse into the area's historic past. As you continue along the trail, you'll encounter Mas Cachet, an interesting information point located 0.3 kilometers from the start.
Around the 2.18-kilometer mark, you'll reach a scenic viewpoint where you can take in stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Further along the trail at the 2.38-kilometer mark, you'll find a spring and a peak called Mont Rachais, which adds a natural touch to the hike.
