Starting from Piazzale Saliere, at the beginning of the trail, hikers will pass by Rif. Cornaccione, an alpine hut that offers a cozy resting spot after 2.78 kilometers of trekking. Along the way, at the 4.14 kilometer mark, you will encounter Monte Bove Sud, followed by a shelter at 4.62 kilometers.
Continuing on, at the midway point of 6.92 kilometers, you will reach the breathtaking peak of Pizzo Berro, offering panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape. For a refreshing break, Fonte di Frontignano is conveniently located near the trail at 0.01 kilometers, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your journey.
As you make your way back, make sure to stop at Forca della Cervara, a scenic saddle point at 5.94 kilometers from the start, before concluding your hike at Piazzale Saliere.
