This hiking route takes you to the stunning Monte Togano area, offering breathtaking views and challenging terrain. With a distance of approximately 14.425 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1629 meters, this hike is classified as extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by convenient parking areas before embarking on your journey. Just 0.26 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter a refreshing water source, perfect for refilling your bottles. As you continue, at around 5.99 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Passo Biordo, a picturesque saddle point along the trail.
Midway through the hike, at approximately 7.21 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the majestic peak of Monte Togano, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Along the trail, you'll also come across a wayside shrine and a bar, Bar Alpi, where you can take a well-deserved break.
