This challenging hike will take you to the beautiful Sterzersee area. The trail spans 9.353 kilometers with an elevation gain of 802.0 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding journey.

Starting at Sonnenfluh, you will pass by the Zollhütte shelter at 1.53 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break. Further along the trail at 3.21 kilometers, you will come across a historic wayside cross.

As you continue, you'll reach Koblat, a prominent landmark at 3.46 kilometers from the start, where you can learn more about the area at information points. The Koblat-Pass saddle, located at 4.11 kilometers, offers breathtaking views and a perfect spot for a rest.

At 4.68 kilometers, you will find Grenzstein 147, an attraction worth exploring. The trail also leads to Sterzersee, a stunning water feature at 4.68 kilometers from the start, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Throughout the hike, you will encounter ruins, boundary stones, and other points of interest that add to the charm of the route. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
