This challenging hiking route will take you through a beautiful area with a total distance of approximately 10.9 kilometers and an elevation gain of 825 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is 4 hours and 35 minutes, so make sure to plan accordingly.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey on the trail that leads you to your first point of interest, the Bergwirtschaft Loohern restaurant at 4.02 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat or enjoy a refreshing drink before continuing on your hike.
As you hike further along the trail, you will come across the Hinteres Bad Weissenburg archaeological site, located right by the trail at the beginning. This site offers a glimpse into the area's rich history and is worth a visit.
Continuing on, you will reach the Stand peak at 5.45 kilometers from the start. This is a great vantage point to take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Further along the trail, you will come across the Looherehürli peak at 3.74 kilometers from the start. While not directly on the trail, this peak offers an opportunity for a side trip to enjoy more panoramic views.
