This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Fuente de la Gallina on the Antiguo camino de Castilla. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 3.367 kilometers and an elevation gain of 107 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across a charming picnic site just 18 meters from the trail, perfect for taking a break and enjoying some snacks. About 1.68 kilometers into the hike, you will find a refreshing water source only 16.57 meters from the trail, ideal for refilling your water bottle and staying hydrated.
Further along the trail, at a distance of 1.19 kilometers from the start, you will reach Fuente de la Umbría, a picturesque spring where you can rest and take in the tranquil surroundings. Continuing on, at 1.68 kilometers from the start, you will reach Collado del Mielcro, a scenic saddle point offering stunning views of the area.
