Starting at the parking area, you will head towards the trail where you can find the Judas Thaddäus-Kapelle wayside shrine located at the beginning of the hike. Further along the trail, about 0.58 kilometers in, you will come across a viewpoint called Aussichtspunkt Hohwacht, offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.

Along the way, you will also find the Winzerstube restaurant and Weingut Herztal for sustenance if needed. There are benches placed at different points on the trail for resting and taking in the scenery. As you approach the endpoint, you will pass by an information point about the Judas Thaddäus-Kapelle.
