Starting from Zollhäuser parking, hikers will begin their journey through lush forests and rolling hills, with an elevation gain of 165 meters. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks as this hike is classified as difficult due to its length and elevation.

Along the trail, you will come across various points of interest. Approximately 3.4 kilometers from the start, you will reach Fuchsteich, a picturesque water feature perfect for a quick break and photo opportunity. As you continue onwards, at the 4.5-kilometer mark, you will find the historic Kristin Hrádek castle, offering a glimpse into the region's rich history.

For those in need of a rest, there are shelters and picnic sites scattered throughout the route, providing the perfect spot to refuel and recharge. Additionally, benches and bicycle parking areas are available for convenience.

As you approach the midway point of the hike, around the 4.5-kilometer mark, you can visit the Kristin Hrádek restaurant for a delicious meal or snack to fuel your adventure back to the starting point.
