Welcome to the hiking route in the area of Kal. This easy circular trail covers a distance of approximately 4 kilometers with an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you begin your hike, you'll come across a parking area located right at the trailhead. Feel free to park your vehicle here before embarking on your adventure. Continuing on, at around 1.91 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Kal, where you can find a water source named "Kal" to refill your water bottles.

Further along the trail, at approximately 1.79 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Štirna vrh Drage, an archaeological site with historical significance. Be sure to explore this area and learn about its rich history.

As you journey on, you may come across the cave entrance of Grotta della Targa, with one entrance belonging to Italy and another to Slovenia. While not directly on the trail, these cave entrances offer a unique sight to behold.
