This easy 3.991-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Kal. The trail starts at a parking area, so make sure to park your car before embarking on your adventure. As you follow the route, you will come across a boundary stone, an archaeological site named Štirna vrh Drage, and cave entrances for Grotta della Targa on both the Italian and Slovenian sides.

Midway through the hike, you will find a water source named Kal where you can rest and replenish your supplies. Along the way, you will also encounter informational points with interesting facts about the area and ruins of an Italian anti-aircraft defense position.

With an elevation gain of 34.0 meters, this hike is suitable for all skill levels and can be completed in approximately one hour.
