This challenging 10.9-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the scenic area of chapelle ruinée - R.F. de l'Elmersforst. The trail has an elevation gain of 112 meters and is expected to take about 2 hours and 48 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across a wayside shrine called "Croix à niche" located 0.68 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, at the 0-kilometer mark, you will find a parking area for your convenience.

As you continue on, about 5.22 kilometers into the hike, you will pass by a water feature, perfect for a rest and a refill of your water bottle. Additionally, at the 0.16-kilometer mark, there is a bench where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Along the way, you will also encounter a memorial called "Monument aux morts," situated right on the trail. Make sure to take in the historic significance of this site as you pass by.

It is recommended to bring plenty of water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging hike. The trail offers a mix of natural beauty and historic landmarks, making it a rewarding adventure for avid hikers.
