Located in a picturesque area, the Kreuzweg hiking route offers a super easy 1.389-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 39 meters, making it perfect for beginners and families.

Starting at the trailhead, hikers will come across various points of interest along the way. About 0.07 kilometers from the start, you'll find the charming Ristorante Pizzeria Sardegna, a great spot to grab a bite before or after your hike. Further along, at around 0.67 kilometers, there are two water points, one midway and one towards the end of the trail.

For those driving to the trail, parking spaces are available at P2, P3, and P4, all within 0.65 kilometers from the starting point. Additionally, there are several benches and wayside shrines scattered throughout the route, offering opportunities to rest and take in the surrounding beauty.

At the midpoint of the hike, approximately 0.64 kilometers from the start, hikers will find Klosterterrassen, a wheelchair-accessible cafe with scenic views to enjoy. Continuing on, there are more viewpoints and information points, such as the Kreuzkapelle and Wiedbrücke, providing insight into the area's history and natural features.

As this is a short and easy hike, it is essential to bring water, especially on warmer days, and to check the weather forecast before setting out.
