This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Gallienstein. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 7.049 kilometers and an elevation gain of 213 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. This is a convenient spot to leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. Approximately 0.58 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

Continuing along the trail, at around 0.76 kilometers in, you will encounter a natural water source. It's a great opportunity to refill your water bottle and take a refreshing break. Further ahead, at 2.9 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Falkenstein, a peak with stunning views. This is a perfect spot to take in the scenery and snap some photos.

Around the midway point of the hike, at approximately 3.06 kilometers, there is a viewpoint where you can admire the landscape from a different perspective. As you make your way back towards the starting point, you will pass by the Monument aux Morts, a historic memorial located 0.49 kilometers from the trail.

Finally, towards the end of the hike, at 3.25 kilometers, you will reach Gallienstein, a notable rock formation that adds to the natural beauty of the area. This is a great place to take a moment to appreciate the surroundings before completing the circular route.
