This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the stunning Pointe de la Gardette in a challenging 13.931 kilometers journey with an elevation gain of 774 meters. The total duration of the hike is approximately 5 hours and 9 minutes, so be prepared for a strenuous adventure.

You will start your hike at the parking area, which is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way through the rugged terrain, you will come across several points of interest. At around 0.02 kilometers from the start, you will find a memorial site, followed by an information point at 0.03 kilometers.

Midway through your hike, at approximately 1.47 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a wayside cross before reaching Bar des Tilleuls and a fountain, both located near the trail. These spots are perfect for taking a break and refueling before continuing your journey.

As you approach the endpoint, at 6.97 kilometers from the start, you will finally reach the majestic Pointe de la Gardette, a peak offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take some time to soak in the beauty of the area before beginning your return journey.
