This hiking route is located in a picturesque area with stunning natural beauty. The route is a circular trail that spans a distance of 2.301 kilometers with an elevation gain of 71 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will encounter various points of interest. At 0.02 kilometers from the start, you will find the Zahnsgrundwächter peak, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, the Zahnsgrund / Abzweig Schießgrund information point provides insights into the area's history and geology.
Further along the trail, at 0.86 kilometers from the start, you will find the Elbleitenweg / Hintere Promenade information point, offering additional information about the local area. As you continue hiking, you will pass by the Boofe an der Westseite des hohen Torsteins shelter at 0.84 kilometers from the start, providing a rest stop for weary hikers.
Midway through the hike, at 1.06 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Falkenstein peak, where you can enjoy panoramic views from the summit.
