This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Pózz dal Lanz. The 5.324 km long trail offers a moderate level of difficulty with an elevation gain of 412 meters, making it suitable for hikers with some experience.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. About 2.48 km into the hike, you will find the Ristoro Alpe Premaniga, a restaurant where you can take a break and enjoy some local cuisine. Further along the trail at approximately 2.29 km, you will encounter the historic Cappella di Premaniga, a wayside shrine worth exploring.

Throughout the hike, there are several drinking water facilities available, so be sure to bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated. Additionally, at different points on the trail, you will find information points providing insights about the area's history and landmarks.

Midway through the hike, at around 2.55 km, you will reach Pózz dal Lanz, a natural water source known for its pristine waters. A short distance away, at 0.05 km, you'll find the Polèer dól Gipi, a climbing spot for those looking for an added adventure.

The trail also features various benches and wayside shrines, adding to the cultural and natural richness of the area. As you make your way back towards the starting point, take in the sights and sounds of the Val Fraina waterfall, located 0.07 km from the trail.
