This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Hörne. The trail is 3.927 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 208 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. It is estimated to take about 1 hour and 25 minutes to complete.

As you start your trek, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a picturesque water feature, providing a serene start to your journey. Further along, you will encounter Schloss Rothestein, a historic castle with limited wheelchair access, open on weekends from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

About 1.9 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a shelter called "Schutzhütte auf der Hörne", a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature. A little further, at 1.94 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Hörne peak, offering a stunning viewpoint of the area.

Throughout the trail, you will also find benches where you can rest and take in the scenic views. Remember to bring plenty of water, especially on warmer days, and check the weather forecast before heading out.
