Welcome to the hiking route to Horný diel! This moderate 5.4 km trail will take you through a beautiful natural area with an elevation gain of 271 meters.

At the beginning of the trail, you will come across the wayside shrine of kaplnka sv.Jána Nepomuckého, which is a historic site located just a short distance from the start.

As you continue on the trail, you will pass by the peak of Horný diel, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a break and soak in the scenery.

Further along the route, you will encounter a drinking water source and several facilities such as Banícka krčma pub, Penzión Klopačka restaurant, and informational points like Denná - cisárska štôlňa.

For those interested in history, make sure to check out attractions like SNP Špania dolina memorial and Banský vlak. These sites are located along the trail and offer insight into the area's past.

As you make your way back, don't forget to stop by Lazy nad Kršňavou viewpoint for one last look at the stunning surroundings before completing the out-and-back route.
