This hiking route takes you through a scenic area with diverse points of interest along the way. The trail is approximately 6.137 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it of moderate difficulty.

The hike begins with the "Artenreichtum am Waldsaum" and "Einheimische Singvögel" information points located right at the start of the trail. As you continue, you'll come across "Grettstadter Graben" and "Grettstadter Graben", providing insight into the local flora and fauna.

At the midway point of the hike, about 3 kilometers in, you'll reach "Bürgleinsee" and "Gehege Kleintierzüchterverein Grettstadt", where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Further along the trail, you'll encounter various information points such as "Wald- und Naturlehrpfad 'Eichig'", "Esche", "Feldahorn", "Feldulme", "Hainbuche", and "Hybrid-Pappel". These points offer educational opportunities about the region's plant life.

For history buffs, there are also historic sites to visit including a "wayside cross" and "wayside shrine" around the 2-kilometer mark.
