This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Poggio dei Ronchi. The trail is 3.722 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 176 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area before reaching Passo del Capannaccio, a saddle located 1.23 kilometers from the start. As you continue along the trail, you'll come across an information point about the area, located 1.58 kilometers from the start.

Around the midway point of the hike at 1.86 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the peak of Poggio dei Ronchi, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, there is also Fonte dell'Alberaccio, a drinking water source to refill your water bottles.

On your way back, you can stop at the various information points scattered along the trail to learn more about the flora and fauna of the region, including the Douglasia plant.
