This hiking route is set in a beautiful area with stunning alpine views. The trail is an out-and-back route starting at an elevation of 1173 meters and reaching a destination at 1723 meters. The total distance of the hike is 8.135 kilometers with an elevation gain of 568 meters.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by the charming Rifugio Casera Mela, which is a cozy alpine hut located right at the start of the trail. It's a perfect spot to rest and grab a bite before continuing your adventure. Just a short distance away, you will also come across the peak of Colle de Bozzia, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

Along the way, you will find drinking water stations to refill your bottles and stay hydrated. Remember to bring enough water for the hike as well as snacks to keep your energy up.

As you make your way towards the destination of Rifugio Maniago, you will encounter more scenic views and perhaps some wildlife. Once you reach the destination, take in the breathtaking sights and enjoy a well-deserved break at the alpine hut.

This hike is of moderate difficulty due to its length and elevation gain. Hikers are advised to wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers, and check the weather forecast before setting out.
