This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Zitadelle. The trail is 5.153 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 189 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across Wanderparkplatz Nasser Grund, a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you will pass by various peaks such as Däumling, Domwächter, Dompfeiler, and more, each offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter points of interest like Sandloch, Kleines Prebischtor, and Boofe an der Lorenznadel, providing opportunities to rest and take in the scenery. Along the way, make sure to check out Günthers Börnel, a spring where you can replenish your water supply.

Towards the end of the trail, you will reach points like Domspitze, Zitadelle, and Sandlochweg, each offering unique experiences for hikers. Be sure to visit the viewpoints along the way for breathtaking panoramic views of the area.
