This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area surrounding Alpkopf. The trail is 7.1 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 427 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back.

As you start your journey, you will come across Egghof Sun Jet parking lot, a convenient spot to leave your vehicle. Along the trail, you will find various points of interest such as Heiterwanger Hochalm restaurant, Jägerhütte restaurant, and Alpkopf peak. You can take a break and enjoy a meal at these locations while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding nature.

Throughout the hike, you will also find several benches where you can rest and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Information points are scattered along the trail, providing insights into the local area and its history.
