This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Monte Carmo, offering stunning views and a challenging hike. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 7.908 kilometers and an elevation gain of 276 meters, making it a difficult route that will take around 2 hours and 31 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle here before embarking on the journey. Along the way, you will pass by the Mandilli de Saea restaurant, where you can stop for a meal or a break.

As you continue on the trail, you will encounter several information points providing insights into the area's history and points of interest. You will also find drinking water stations to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated throughout the hike.

Midway through the route, you will reach the peak of Monte Dragonat, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Further ahead, you will reach the peak of Monte Spina, adding to the scenic beauty of the hike.

On the way back, you will pass through Passo della Scoffera and Passo del Fuoco, witnessing the natural beauty of the saddle points. Before reaching the starting point, you can stop at Birreria Paninoteca Bar Route 45 for some refreshments.

It is important to note that the trail passes through wilderness areas, so make sure to bring enough water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
