Starting at the Parking du Tiocan, you will begin your journey with a visit to the alpine hut Le Tiocan, located just 0.01 kilometers from the start. As you continue along the trail, you will pass by the viewpoint Tiocan, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

About midway through the hike, at 1.05 kilometers from the start, you will come across a natural rock formation. This is a great spot to take a break and admire the unique geology of the area.

At 1.86 kilometers from the start, you will reach the alpine hut Narderant, where you can rest and refuel before heading back. On the return journey, be sure to stop by the Buvette du Tiocan for a refreshing drink.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter several information points, picnic sites, and viewpoints where you can learn more about the area and take in the beautiful scenery.
