Additionally, there is a memorial known as Gedenkstein located 0.97 kilometers from the start, adding a touch of historic significance to your trek.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 0.9 kilometers in, you will find the Naturfreundehaus Vereinsheim Hochberghütte, a pub where you can rest and refuel before continuing on your adventure.
