This hiking route will take you to the beautiful Britanniahütte in the mountains. The trail starts at an elevation of 1734 meters and will take you to an elevation of 3025 meters, so be prepared for some elevation gain along the way.

As you start your hike, you will pass by several water features, including small streams and waterfalls. Be sure to bring plenty of water with you as these may be your only opportunities to refill along the way.

About 4 kilometers into your hike, you will reach Klein Allalin, a peak that offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Take some time to enjoy the scenery before continuing on your journey.

After about 5 kilometers of hiking, you will arrive at Britanniahütte, an alpine hut where you can rest and refuel before heading back the way you came.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several information points and viewpoints where you can learn more about the area and take in the breathtaking vistas.

This out-and-back route spans a total distance of 11.936 kilometers and will take approximately 4 hours and 40 minutes to complete. Be sure to check the weather forecast before setting out and pack accordingly. Enjoy your adventure in this stunning mountain region!
