This challenging hiking route takes you to the majestic Wolfsbacherturm peak in the scenic area. The trail spans a distance of approximately 8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 482 meters, making it a difficult yet rewarding trek for experienced hikers.

You will begin your journey at the Parkplatz Mödlingerhütte parking area, located right at the start of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will come across the Brunntörl saddle at around 3.18 kilometers from the start, offering a picturesque spot to take a breather and enjoy the surrounding views.

Continuing on, at approximately 4.03 kilometers from the start, you will reach the impressive Wolfsbacherturm peak, a highlight of the hike. Take in the panoramic vistas from this vantage point before retracing your steps back along the trail.

Along the route, you will also encounter the Spielkogel peak at 2.26 kilometers from the start, adding another point of interest to your adventure. Additionally, there are water sources available around the 1.23-kilometer mark and at 3.9 kilometers from the start, so be sure to replenish your supplies as needed.
