This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding the Käpflefelsen rock formation. The trail starts at an elevation of 280 meters and follows an out-and-back route to the Käpflefelsen, which is located at an elevation of 370 meters.

As you begin your hike, you'll pass by various points of interest along the way. Be sure to check out the Wolfach Raiffeisenmarkt and the Wolfach Stadtbrücke for some local information about the area. You'll also find the Fürstenbergisches Schloss Wolfach, a historic castle, along the route.

There are several amenities available in the area, such as parking lots, restaurants like Adler and Zur Fortuna, cafes like Waidele, and even a fast-food joint called La Toscana. Make sure to bring enough water with you, as the trail is approximately 1.08 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 78 meters.
