This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Via Navertino. The trail is 5.931 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 418 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. It is recommended to bring water and check the forecast before embarking on this journey.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. About 2.4 kilometers into the hike, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area. Continuing on, at around 2.85 kilometers, there is a wilderness hut where you can rest and enjoy the surroundings.
Around the midway point of the hike, at 2.97 kilometers, you will encounter a water source for a refreshing break. A bit further along at 0.56 kilometers, you will reach Cascata di Lovareno, a beautiful waterfall worth stopping to admire.
As you make your way back, about 0.73 kilometers from the start, you will find the entrance to Grotta del Monte Arano, a cave waiting to be explored. Closer to the end of the trail, at 0.88 kilometers, you will find Via Attrezzata Attilio Gheza, another interesting point of interest.
Throughout the hike, you may also come across various information points, a memorial, a wayside cross, and a spring. Take your time to enjoy the natural beauty of Via Navertino and make sure to pack accordingly for a successful and enjoyable trek.
