The Sentier du Mont-Gorille is a challenging hiking route that spans approximately 11.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 301 meters. The estimated duration for completing this route is around 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Located in a picturesque area, hikers will encounter several points of interest along the trail.

Starting at the Parc National du Mont-Tremblant - Accueil Lac-Caché, you will be greeted with informative signs and a parking area at the trailhead. As you begin your journey, you will come across the Lac Inconnu, a serene water body located at a distance of 5.51 kilometers from the starting point.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 4.44 kilometers from the start, you will find a viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Further along the trail, at 4.91 kilometers from the start, another viewpoint provides a different perspective of the area.

If you venture a bit off the main trail, at 5.1 kilometers from the start, you may find the Montagne du Gorille, a peak offering a challenging yet rewarding side excursion.

As you make your way back, at 5.96 kilometers from the start, yet another viewpoint awaits, offering one last opportunity to take in the beauty of the surroundings.

This out-and-back route is recommended for experienced hikers due to its length and elevation gain. Be sure to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
