This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Patria, offering stunning views and a challenging trek. The route is an out-and-back type, totaling a distance of 12.012 kilometers with an elevation gain of 633 meters, making it extremely difficult.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. Approximately 2.61 kilometers from the start, you will find a picnic site, perfect for a break and enjoying the surroundings. Further along, at 2.57 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a wayside shrine named Chvalabohu, adding a touch of historic charm to your hike. As you continue, at 2.59 kilometers from the start, you will come across a wayside cross, adding to the cultural richness of the area.

At the midway point, located at 6.0 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point called Patria, where you can learn more about the area. Nearby, at 6.01 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Patria, offering breathtaking panoramic views.

Throughout the hike, there are several other points of interest such as Korytné, a historic information point located at the beginning of the trail, and Priesmyk Branisko, another information point located 2.61 kilometers from the start. Additionally, you will come across a variety of historic sites including wayside crosses, shrines, and a memorial, adding to the cultural experience of the hike.

Given the length and elevation gain of the route, it is important to be well-prepared.
