This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of El bosque plateado in Guadarrama.

Starting at an elevation of 1108 meters, you will begin your circular journey at a designated parking area. Make sure to bring enough water for the hike as the distance is approximately 7.8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 329 meters.

As you make your way along the trail, you will come across Restaurante La Montaña, a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat and refuel. Further along, you will find a picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

During your hike, you will also encounter a natural spring where you can replenish your water supply. Along the way, information points will provide interesting facts about the area such as the El bosque plateado - Refrescante verde and El bosque plateado - Esfuerzo y acero.

As you reach the higher points of the hike, be sure to check out the viewpoints at El bosque plateado and enjoy the stunning views of Guadarrama. Finally, you can relax at the Área recreativa La Jarosa II picnic site before finishing the circular route back at the starting point.
