This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a total distance of 9.363 kilometers and an elevation gain of 200 meters, making it a difficult hike. The estimated duration for this hike is 2 hours and 40 minutes, so be prepared for a challenging but rewarding experience.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey with easy access to the trailhead. As you make your way along the trail, about 4 kilometers in, you will come across the "Banik" pub where you can take a break and grab a bite to eat. Continuing onwards, you will pass by "Poproč" information center at the 4-kilometer mark, providing you with insights about the area.

Around the 7-kilometer mark, you will encounter the "svätej Barbory" spring, a natural water source where you can refill your water bottle. Another interesting point on the trail is the "prameň Ondreja" spring located at the 9-kilometer mark, offering a refreshing spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

As you make your way back, at around the 6-kilometer mark, you will pass by unique rock formations, adding an interesting element to your hike. Additionally, benches are available at the 2-kilometer mark for you to take a breather and soak in the scenic views.
