This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area near Belvedere dal San Defendente. The trail is an out-and-back type, totaling 6.889 kilometers with an elevation gain of 393 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. It is estimated to take around 2 hours and 34 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Piazza Tenente Antonio Nasazzi, a wheelchair-accessible parking area. Nearby, you can also find Piazzale Giuseppe Gilera and Park via dei baci for parking. As you continue onwards, you will encounter Fontana Il Pozzo, a wheelchair-accessible drinking water point.

Further along the trail, at around 2.94 kilometers from the starting point, you will find Passo di Agueglio and Monte San Defendente, a natural peak. These locations offer stunning viewpoints and a place to rest on benches like the one at Pietro Pensa.

Towards the end of the hike, at 3.44 kilometers from the start, you will reach Belvedere dal San Defendente, another beautiful viewpoint to enjoy the scenery.
