Approximately 1.57 kilometers into the trail, you'll encounter Dubs Hut, a charming wilderness hut where you can take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings. Further along, at the 2-kilometer mark, you'll discover a picturesque waterfall known as Warnscale Head. Take a moment to admire the natural beauty of the cascading water before continuing your hike.

As you approach the midway point of the trail, you'll reach Honister Slate Mine, a historic attraction that offers insight into the region's mining heritage. This is a great spot to learn more about the area's culture and history.

For a refreshing stop, make sure to visit the water sources along the trail, located approximately 0.04 and 0.05 kilometers from the start. Staying hydrated is essential during your hike, so take the time to replenish your water supply.

As you near the end of the trail, you'll encounter Sky Hi Cafe, where you can grab a snack or beverage before heading back. Additionally, you'll find several artwork installations along the way, adding a touch of creativity to your outdoor experience.
