This hiking route takes you to the stunning Jezerski Stog peak, standing at an impressive 2039 meters above sea level. The trail begins at an elevation of 1147 meters and covers a distance of 7.187 kilometers, with an elevation gain of 838 meters. The route type is classified as an out-and-back trail, meaning you will retrace your steps back to the starting point.
As you embark on this journey, you will encounter several points of interest along the way. Just 1 kilometer from the starting point, you will come across a refreshing spring where you can replenish your water supply. As you continue onwards, you will reach a parking area located 2 kilometers away, providing a convenient spot to leave your vehicle before starting the hike.
After 3 kilometers of hiking, you will arrive at the first peak, Mali Stog, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. From there, a further 3-kilometer trek will lead you to the main highlight of the hike, Jezerski Stog.
